  Excellent accommodation. The only downside is the location. All downhill going out and an epic climb coming back. Other than that, the pool bar food is excellent and very reasonably priced compared to restaurants in Los cristianos. Pool itself is very small and not suitable for very young children.

  We had a lovely week in a 2 bedroom apartment at the end of November. The wonderful views from the balcony makes up for the walk up the hill. The rooms are clean and homely. They have everything that you need for your stay. The pool is quite small but there is plenty of room for sunbathing. The pool bar is very handy. I love this hotel and will definitely be back.

  Had a brilliant 10 nights the room was spotless we had a sea view from our balcony and a nice touch of a welcome pack with snacks and a bottle of wine. Supermarket's close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from, their is also a poolside bar that serves hot and cold meals, ice-cream and drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpful What a great little apartment complex

  Have been visiting Club Tenerife for many years, making several visits each year.Poolside bar is always popular for meals,snacks and drinks. Beya on reception is always there to deal with everything you need and an excellent job she does.All the other staff including the cleaners are friendly and helpful.

  Paid a bloody heap for our holiday over xmas and new year. Ended up in a wee apartment and tiny balcony with three 18+ and one 13 y.o. we gave the kids the 2 single beds to the kids,we ended up in the sofabed. A week on my back has almost recovered. The bathroom was basic, and little more than a cupboard. Our room was only done twice in 13 nights ok fair enough it was over the festives. Dont know how many times to expect but felt like it wasnt enough. Even if we had have a brush and dust pan in room it would of helped. Email from hotel how to get our keys was literally the only thing we got from them, barring the standard house rules/wifi password. No idea how to use the laundry or any helpful info on hotel. Would of been great to know about the shower room and luggage store for people with late flights before we ordered our taxi to airport. Hotel at top of the hill so was a treck to go anywhere. We spent a fortune on taxis as los cristianos was a bit quiet for us. We did recieve wine and cava and chocolates with a lovely note on xmas and new year from the hotel that was great. So ive added a star for that alone The hotel did eject our neighbours on xmas day after the caught them smoking in their apartment on their 1st night! Wasnt many sunbeds round the pool, and there were still the usual bed hoggers, throwing towels down onto beds then going out for the day. No pool attendant so that wasnt policed at all. If id got the hotel on a cheaper deal id of said i got what i paid for but didnt feel this way. The wee pool bar is great, closes early. Supermarket right next door also.
