We have recently returned from a week-long stay. It has been some years since we have done an all inclusive holiday, having previously done quite a few in the past. All I can say is wow. This was by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. We upgraded to privilege an arrival. The check in at Reception was so stress free looked after with drinks and snacks on arrival. The system used works very well. The whole staff here do an amazing job going above and beyond to make the loveliest holiday for you. cleaning staff. waiters, bar staff, guest services they can not do enough for you. A special mention for Marta in the bar at the privilege infinity pool. Such an amazing person, looking after everyone all day and making the most superb drinks. Thank you again and keep up the great work.
Checkin was a lenghty process but the room, location, walking promenade and the View a la carte restaurant were excellent. Our room was in the building number 1 floor 4 and faced the Hard Rock hotel but the view was good. The rooms and public areas are modern and well maintained. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 persons. The view and sunbeds at the infinity pool were excellent. The half board breakfast and dinner buffees were okay but not quite at a la carte level. We provided feedback during our stay and were lucky enough for Maare in guest experience to get us a table at the View restaurant which is limited to Privilege guests. The a la carte experience, service and food was way better than the buffee. Private parking underground was convenient but it's under buildings 2 and 3 so we had a bit of travel with suitcases from parking to building 1. If you prebook the private parking then it's better to leave your luggage in the car while you check in (small temporary parking area for checkin). Street public parking is limited. We would happily visit this hotel again when in Tenerife 👍
The hotel was wonderful. They pool for the kids was perfect and the kids club staff was very engaged and accomidating for the children. Our kids loved going there. I HIGHLY recommend using the photographers on the property. We used them and the photos turned out great and were cheaper than hiring a photographer anywhere else. We were never hungry with the hours and the buffet offered many options. If you need a workout, the gym was better than any hotel gym I've been to. I plan to come back again!
This hotel doesn't live up to its 5-star rating. We had a rooftop suite – it was cold and uncomfortable. It was large, but of little use. The fold-out sofa where our child slept was creaky and uncomfortable, and the mattress was stained from previous use. The hotel staff was completely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The breakfast was meager, with few healthy options. Thawed berries and canned goods instead of fruit were a nightmare. I've never seen anything like this in a 5-star hotel. There's no good coffee on site. The pool bar doesn't sell food without a reservation, even though it was COMPLETELY empty when we visited. It's simply absurd. The bed in the room didn't have a full duvet cover, just sheets. It's incredibly inconvenient. There were three of us, but they only brought two cups for tea; apparently, this hotel doesn't count children as people. Late check-out costs an extra 30 euros per hour. The staff is rude, never helpful, and unwelcoming. The gym has old, creaky equipment, and everything is tired. Ultimately, the price/quality ratio is completely out of balance. We won't be going back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We had a wonderful stay at h10 Atlantic Hotel and were overall very satisfied with our experience. The hotel itself is excellent. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and everything was in good condition. The balcony was especially beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The green areas around were absolutely stunning. The pool facilities were sufficient, and we really enjoyed spending time swimming and relaxing there. Dinner was very diverse, with plenty of options to suit different tastes there was truly something for everyone. The reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming. As a family of adults traveling together, we had a great time overall. The only suggestion we would make is regarding the dining area. During our stay, there were many children at the hotel, and the running around and loud noise made the dining experience a bit stressful at times. It might be helpful to consider having a separate dining space or section for families with children. Additionally, the pool water temperature was a bit on the cold side. We still swam and enjoyed the pool, but slightly warmer water would have made the experience even better.
