  The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious, which initially made our stay feel promising. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by what happened during breakfast. We were unaware that breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m.—our mistake for not checking the schedule. However, instead of politely informing us that service was over, an employee named Fabien addressed us in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. In front of all the other guests, he told us we had to leave immediately, using a harsh tone that was completely unnecessary. We would have left respectfully if he had simply explained the situation, but the way he spoke to us was shocking and humiliating. We ended up not eating at all. When we asked for his name to report the incident, he suddenly changed his attitude and apologized, but by then our food had already been thrown away and the damage was done. What made it even worse was that several other guests were still eating without being rushed, which made us feel singled out for no reason—almost as if he had chosen us to take out his bad mood on. This was, without exaggeration, the worst treatment I have ever received in a hotel. It completely ruined our experience, and because of this, I would not choose this hotel again. Good hotel with bad service is a bad hotel.

  I booked this hotel last minute, simply because the temperature was forecast to be great here. The hotel was booked through Tui and had good reviews, so I was reassured. We were allocated room 9 which was on a dark corridor off reception. The room looked NOTHING like the website, and in fact, our friends arrived days later and were allocated room 233 which was 100% better, bigger bed, brighter, good balcony, great view, well designed and modern. We didn't even have a phone in our room to call reception when we needed an iron! Customer service was very poor/ none existent. I carried mine and my elderly mothers cases up and down stairs several times in sight of staff. Our room was SO noisy at night. Kept us awake! There is no water readily available. It's pretty much self catering. The food at breakfast was very basic. Pre-packed everything. We looked at dinner on the first night and decided to eat out. The hotel is in a good location for exploring. Most things are accessible by foot including Agatha Christie stairs. There is a Hippodino supermarket 2 minutes walk away. HUNDREDS of restaurants in 3 minutes walking distance. Incredible food experience! Honestly, the food was UNREAL! And reasonable prices which softened the blow considering we had hoped to eat at the hotel for two meals. May be worth noting, this hotel only has a roof top which does get busy at times and loungers are limited. There is no other outside area.

  The Aft hotel. Stayed here with my wife for a week, booked it through the travel department including 3 trips and our transfers. The hotel is spotlessly clean, great staff, 2 pools on the roof, a gym in the basement plus a treatment room and a lovely bar in the reception.Unfortunately the bar is very seldom open and when it is, it closes at ten. The food is also nice, served in a room more like a canteen than a restaurant. The rooms are spacious but having glass wall and door on the toilet is a mistake, for privacy reasons and odour reasons. The whole experience was nice but never great or fun or welcoming. It's like been in a very fancy office, it's functional but has no sence of home. It only needs a few small changes to make is something special. Will I be back?

  Lovely stay, Lovely hotel. Rooms comfortable, staff vary hard working and very friendly. Roof top bar and pools a definite bonus. Loved our stay here and hope to return some time.

  The hotel was in a great location, with everyone friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were lovely and the new year eve gala dinner was immense. We were in the winter so there was always a place by the pool and not many children which made it nice and quiet. The only slight issue was the gym which was the main reason why we chose this place. All the machines were broken or unusable, the only thing we could use was the dumbells, rowing machine and a treadmill which could not be stopped. It was also fairly dirty. Apart from that we e joyed the stay and would come back.
