  In January, we spent a week in this hotel which is in a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent restaurants close by, and only a short walk to Chaco square and St Elmo. Our standard room had a small balcony and was spotlessly clean, and regularly serviced, however, it was slightly on the small side for a 7 night stay with limited hanging space for clothes. It did however, have a small fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee making, drinks were also available in the reception area. The hotel has a lovely comfortable roof terrace with an assortment of sunbeds, sofas and chairs, and a very warm jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and hope to visit again next year.

  Great experience at this hotel. The staff was super nice, they handled my booking very well and showed great goodwill when I had issues with my credit card details. The location was perfect for me and I really liked the modern rooms plus there is a rooftop with amazing views and a jacuzzi! I will come back!

  A pleasant hotel in a quiet location in the heart of the city. Although the room is somewhat small, everything you need is provided. The breakfast is recommended.

  Staff in reception smoking under the balconies, so that all the smell comes to the rooms! Also there was only one person that understood English well. AC in the rooms isnt working properly starting from the mid day to evening. There is also mold in the toilets, and i can tell it was affecting to my healt in one week stay. Hotel is ok for the value, but only for short stays!

  was on my flight to tenerife and got a text from my family that my grandma was admitted to the hospital for her heart. once i landed i texted the company if there’s anyway i can cancel the reservation and get any partial refund or change the dates and they denied everything. it’s so hard because i was excited for this place since it looked beautiful. horrible customer service from them and their team do not come here.
