  First time at the Andorra Hotel. Based on reviews, I emailed in advance asking for a quiet room. Very quick responses and my request was accommodated (room 411). Arrival at the hotel was smooth and very pleasant and helpful receptionist. The room was as described. Really spacious and clean with great balcony. Maid service is fantastic. Always meticulously clean and calls at after 11 each day which is perfect. We booked for breakfast. We eat at around 9.30. Always attended to quickly and nice selection of tasty hot and cold food. Omelette station is super. Pool is also great. Big, quiet and nice temperature. Busy enough pool area but always free beds without the need to “bag a bed” early. Lovely staff in every area. Snack bar is nice and good prices for drinks. Location is perfect for both the strip in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. You are close enough to everything but in a very safe and quiet area. All in all, very impressed and we will definitely return.

  Stayed in superior appt September 8th asked for room with view on higher floor and boy what a view. We came late in the day and they'd kindly left us some food in the fridge. Lovely clean, well equipped kitchen, very pleased with our stay. Nice and close to sea front.

  Stopped here some years ago just after the hotel had a refurb and glad to say the hotel rooms are still looking great. We prebooked a large balcony room and extra night for a late flight home, the staff were really helpful organising this via email. When we arrived we had a bottle of water in the fridge, nice and chilled, and some other welcome things. All in excellent hotel with staff that are really helpful, would definitely recommend staying here.

  Lack of aircon was initially a concern, but a great guy at reception helped solve this in hours. The rooms are clean, spacious and well stocked. Ideally placed for shops, bars and restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach. Will definitely return.

  Aircon in my room is not working correctly room got a smell to it Also give us someone else's room and safe key and we went into the room and someone was in it
