  The hotel is very old, and the level of cleanliness is really poor and unacceptable. The management is disorganized, with ongoing works that make the situation even worse, probably because of a renovation. The staff appeared confused, not welcoming at all, and even a bit sexist. Dinner was supposed to be at 8:00 p.m., but when we went to the dining area at 8:10 p.m., there was nobody there and not a single table was ready. The dinner was extremely spicy and unpleasant, and the breakfast had very little choice. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and does not reflect what is said in the reviews on Booking. The hotel has potential, but at the moment it is badly managed and poorly maintained.

  Everything is new and clean, but the location and views from the window are depressing, the WiFi works extremely poorly, the blankets come without duvet covers, and the plumbing is unbearably noisy — we were woken up by sounds from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is very poor.

  Horrendous hotel! Black mould in bathroom, freezing cold in the room as radiatorsnot working, hairdryer on a chain. Man in reception kept giving us the evil eye ! Window in hallway open and can't close it so door in hallway keeps banging, spoke to reception and response was owell !!! Would not recommend at all update ! Refusing to issue a refund as it’s our fault we left the dirty and disgusting hotel !!! !! You say you are sorry why can’t you issue me a refund then ?

  We booked two single beds and were given a small double bed so we took turns sleeping on the floor for two nights. The hotel said booking had made a mistake and Booking said it's the hotels mistake. Ruined our holiday sleeping like this. The electricity kept going out. We had no hot water to have a shower . Mosquitos in the room. Very small room with little space. The cleaners were very loud in the morning. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel outside the city centre. It should be 1 star. The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel and I travel a lot

  Such a great place, i prevously came here when it was not so amazing, but this time around, it seems the administration has chaged their game!!Amazing ambience, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.Not to mention the location.Overall, i would definitely recommend coming here, i myself would love to return someday !
