  We checked in with a family of 4. Lovely rooms, personnel so far very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, nightlife is wild but doesn't matter to us, we can sleep anyways. All together very good hotel, only half - point for not offering a room to wash own clothes. Edit: it would be nice if the pool stays open longer than 18.(6pm).

  Stayed here twice many years ago, it was good although a little run down. Currently still here self catering as we always do in Tenerife, we were a little bit disappointed to find there was no freezer compartment in the fridge however we then found out we could get free ice and water from the pool bar disappointment resolved, most of the staff very pleasant and helpful only our regular maid who we named mardy as she never acknowledged us or smiled and made it obvious we were an inconvenience to her if we were in our room,on her days off we had a lovely lady happy and sociable. ****But the best review 100% + I can give is to Claudia, Balaboa Massage she was absolutely fantastic alleviated my neck issues and others although over time I'm sure they will return due to stress and everyday issues if we could take her home with us we would, I've had massages on holidays several times but she surpassed all previous ones we hope to return next year ive got her details so I can book in advance,if you stay at Parque le Paz be sure to give her a try. I hope that she is able to see this review or is told about it thank so very much Claudia x

  Really nice hotel situated in a great location. We stayed in a self catering apartment so can't comment on the food in the hotel. If you wish to visit the restaurant during your stay you can add it on priced somewhere between €15-€25pp based on whether you go for lunch or dinner. Self catering apartment was spotlessly clean, all the amenities you would need if cooking for yourself. Addition of a Dulce Gusto machine with a couple of free pods is a nice touch also. Knocked 1 star off for a couple of reasons. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms. While there is a ceiling fan, we stayed in October when it is a little cooler and still found the room to be a bit stuffy even with the fans on. I'm not sure how comfortable it would be in the warmer summer months? The only other issue we had was with the shower, after a few minutes of warm water the temperature would drop off to lukewarm at best. This limiting showers to a few minutes before it gets cold.

  Fantastic hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the beach surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants. Can’t speak about the all inclusive food, because my preference is self catering. Especially being surrounded by so many great restaurants

  I've just come back from a 7 night stay, and loved it. Mia was great with the kids and put on some good entertainment in the evening. Jonathan made some of the best cocktails I've ever had. The reception staff helped me book an excursion and even provided a picnic. 100% will be returning!!
