  The hotel was nice location and staff were friendly helpful. View from the bedroom was beautiful. My only complaint was the bathroom shower it’s wasn’t very disable friendly. The shower floor was very slippery and I fell over hurt my back and right elbow Next day I found another person had the same issue in the bathroom his elbow was bandaged too. To the hotel can anti slip be put in the showers. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.would like to thank the manager after the review I put a shower non slip mat was sent to the room my advice would be to put one in each room for safety reasons. Thank you again especially for sorting this out. 👍😎 hi just had a response from the manager I think I booked the room personally at the reception last year I came with a walking stick. The receptionist said that would be the best room for me. I said I couldn’t walk the stairs receptionist said I wouldn’t be walking up the stairs as there were 2 lifts I could use to go up to the rooftop bar or dinner on the ground floor. The rooms are lovely but for me or anyone else who has a disability showers are not safe but thank for putting a non slip mat this afternoon. I will definitely be staying again here. The view and location is beautiful 🤩

  Hotel with modern rooms. Wifi, infinity pool, pool table, extensive buffet. Situated at the boulevard of Puerto de la Cruz. From here you can easily walk or travel anywhere, the location is really good. Tips are: the old town, roam around for nice little shops, bars and restaurants to be discovered. At 15min walking distance there is El Cardumen dive and paragliding center for the more adventurous which was really cool. It's sad to say me personally did not like the buffet. It IS good, but 80% was not my taste. And if you don't like it with few variation you feel stuck. Breakfast was good enough, but diner...well...i went out to discover local restaurant more often than i initially planned. My son on the other hand liked trying out the extensive buffet. A lot of fish and fishbased dishes.

  Nice Hotel with beautiful terrace but overpriced maybe because of pensioners that like to go there. Life music and dancing is a plus but overall value for money bad

  Was alright, sadly using the minibar did cost money, which however was pointed out very clearly, but I still would expect a 4-star hotel to do better in this regard. Location isn't the best since the parking situation in Puerto de la Cruz is horrible (hotel offers own parking, best to ask beforehand) and beaches aren't good, though that is typical for Tenerife in general, there is a HiperDino and Mercadona close to the hotel as well. The buffet could at times have been better, much fish, sometimes wasn't tasting quite right. WiFi was slow, but working for most things, sadly no gym was available.

  We stayed for a week recently, were a bit disappointed that the parking was so far away and hard to find. The reception staff very very good. Room average for a deluxe room no milk supplied and beverages not often replaced. The room was cleaned everyday. The corridors need a good carpet cleaning and bannisters were very sticky to touch. Food less than average lukewarm warm at best. Did not do the dinner option as €50 per couple a bit excessive and other guests told us not worth the money. No lounge to relax in spent most of our time on the balcony. Very annoying trumpet player every night outside. Generally noisy as faced walkway with many sellers outside. We did ask for a quiet room but had one that was pretty noisy but it overlooked the sea.
