Can’t comment on room service as we didn’t stay here but if the service in restaurant is anything to go by we are glad we didn’t stay here. One positive is the location, perfect to watch the sunset. 4 people dinning, one had the menu of the day, starter was tuna salad which was ok, the others had garlic and cheese bread which was burnt and dry. Cheese burger was dry with rubbery cheese, left on the plate, lamb was edible but for 26 euros as expecting better. Menu of the day main course was again edible and the chicken roulade was dry, very salty with an extra piece of cling film left in the middle . The service was very slow , we waited at last 45 mins for 3 of the main courses to arrive then another 5 mins for the 4th one. We didn’t stick around for dessert which came with menu of the day. I mentioned all of my grievances to the staff and not one care was given by any of them. To top it off we wanted to pay the bill using two cards split 50/50, staff member was rude, pointed to a sign next to the till which stated 1 bill per table pays with 1 card! I’m not even going to describe the live entertainment that came on halfway through the meal 😱 This must be the most expensive restaurant in Selencio. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Went to westhaven bay today. Usually it has been fantastic. What a let down it was. The service in the restaurant was poor. Inattentive staff. Came to take food order told Will get drinks first then they never came back to order food. Finally got someone to take order for two salads they arrived wrong. I ordered a tomato and feta salad it came as a barrata salad awful. The Cesar salad came with cheap spicy chicken. We said it was feta we wanted but kept being told barrata. Won't be eating there again. What a shame it's gone down hill.

I can’t comment on the rooms as we didn’t stay. Service in the reception and restaurant was amazing. Me and my son came for the day it was 15euros each but they give you 10euros each back topped up on a card which you take and use in the restaurant. The loved sunbed hoggers were out and 20 beds on the top dec were taken by pinned down towels no bags. No one to be seen for hours! Workers just walking past them like this is allowed so I am assuming it is. The towels should be taken to reception.

Good resteraunt but expensive for the area. Limited menu to what it used to be.

Great food, lovely location but attention to customers in the restaurant really needs to be looked at. We waited a very long time for someone to take our dessert order, pushing the button 5 or 6 times and each time we were ignored. The staff seemed too concerned to satisfy their Belgian clients instead of other customers. We decided to leave in the end and have a dessert elsewhere. Shame really, put a dull end to the evening.
