The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway in Costa Adeje. What really made the difference, however, was the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. A special mention goes to Carmela, who is responsible for the pool area and sunbeds. She was absolutely fantastic — always attentive, organized, and kind. Her warm personality and dedication ensured that everything around the pool ran smoothly and that guests felt well taken care of. She truly adds a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely love to come back!

  We were so impressed by everything in the hotel. The welcome we received was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean with people working round the clock. Sunbed reservation is easy with the app. There is a super lady called Carmela who is on hand to help around the pool and is always ready to go the extra mile. All in all, we enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return for another fab holiday.

  Currently staying in this stunningly beautiful hotel. Check- in was fast and informative and our room is lovely and spacious with all the amenities you could wish for. Our friendly room attendant Jenny keeps it spotless too We decided on half board and with both breakfast and dinner the food is utterly amazing and displayed beautifully. My non gluten dietary requirement is well catered for. Absolutely all of the friendly staff work so hard to make your stay enjoyable and always with a smile. The sunbed reservation s!stem works very well and is easy to manoeuvre from the app however the lovely Carmela is there to help if required. Tried Aquazumba today as Christian is so energetic and it was a great fun work out My husband and I are thrilled we chose the Saɓila for our first visit to Tenerife to celebrate his birthday and look forward to another 10 days of pure perfection!

  Fantastic hotel and stay. From arrival all the staff were so happy friendly approachable and genuinely wanted to add value to our stay. One special mention to Santiago the ‘Pool concierge’ what a guy. He is the reason we will be returning despite rarely going to the same place twice. He recommended some absolutely fantastic places for us to visit. He also has such a calming demeanour that manages to keep the pool are calm and working well with no bed stealing and everyone understanding the rules clearly making it a relaxing place to be. Thanks Santiago you will not be forgotten and we hope to see you again next time. The silver sparkly dancers for the Saturday night show were also brilliant. They work all day around the hotel then spent their night entertaining everyone. Gracias Amigos.

  Staff were great from moment we arrived very helpful and very attentive explained the all enclusive and what we got included the mini bar in room which was restocked every day. Food was fantatic always lots of choice and great quality entertainment at night very good as well. We had a direct path from hotel to beach front which is worth exploring. Its a bug hotel but doesn't feel like it always lots of space and u can always find somewhere to sit . Will definitely come back:)
