This hotel was the perfect relaxation spot for me and my two friends. The food was great and timings meant you never went more than an hour or so without having food available. The rooms were great, you had a balcony which had a small drying rack which was a nice touch for us to use to dry our swimming costumes in the sun. Estefania kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. ☺️ We were all inclusive and you really had great value for money. Cocktails and drinks included meant we could easily access the bar all day to grab a few drinks whilst we sat on the sun loungers and soaked up the sun in the beautiful setting. You have outstanding sea views and (although we did venture out) we all said we could have easily just spent all our time at the hotel and been happy. Location wise- you have a lovely local town, with lots of cute shops to do your shopping and all the amenities you could need like a pharmacy, supermarket etc. We went to Kaikuana Beach for our final evening meal and highly recommend them for food. But the icing on the cake was that within a 10 minute walk you have Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with access to the water, where you can hire two sun beds, a parasol and a safety deposit box to store your valuables for only 17 Euro’s for the entire day. We also used the pool, saw the singer on Saturday (who was incredibly talented) and all of the staff were helpful and so kind to us. We did not catch everyone’s names but we felt the entire staff team were all excellent and their service was top-notch. 👍🏼 We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we hope to return next year.

Great for an active trip. Keen swimmers will know that it's hard to find hotels with good swimming facilities. The Cape Colom has a very nice 25m lane pool @ 21 degrees in October. Plus there's a ladder into the bay and excellent sea swimming straight from the hotel. They were happy for us to keep our bikes in the hotel, and the road riding is good. Porto Colom sits at the edge of the eastern sierra with some good climbs ( 300m+ to the Santuari) and plenty of cafes. There's an amazing gym on the top floor, with a good selection of machines and free weights plus incredible views through the floor to ceiling windows. Most of the guests are here to chill out, so the sports facilities don't get busy. The staff are great. Breakfast is excellent. Lunch/Dinner ok, but for a bit of variety we ate out from time to time. The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and a fridge. There are chilled water dispensers so it's never a problem to fill your bottles. Recommended!

Lovely hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful! Reasonable choice for meals unless you have a fussy eater in the group. Rooms very basic but clean and with all inclusive there is no need for drink facilities in your room but having a balcony and mini fridge is definitely a bonus! Location views are stunning but it is over an hour's drive or 2 hours via couch transfer to and from the airport.... Shame the Jacqui was broken as we would of loved to take in the view from the 6th floor while enjoying it.

This is a great if a somewhat secluded hotel. But if that's what you want it's great. Adults only so perfect to get some peace and quiet, there's plenty of sunbeds all around the property and beach towels can be hired for a refundable €10 for the week and pay an additional non- refundable €6 to swap your towel for a clean one every day. The food is good, lots of choice although the seafood paella always seemed to have chicken in it but no seafood. Don't miss the grill section at the far side of the service area as there's always another option on there at lunch and dinner times and at breakfast you can get eggs and bacon there. Overall it's a great find in my opinion, a bit off the beaten Majorca trail but so long as you pay for connections on your holiday it's not a problem. There's a local bus service that reception can tell you about, if you want to go to the caves de Drac then get the bus. It's about a 30 minute ride and it drops you right outside. Book your tickets online though as we didn't and then had to wait over 2 hours for our slot. However we did it for a fraction of the costs on the excursions list.

Amazing views here and the staff are friendly too, my second year here. First night my transfer and plane were super delayed and reception were helpful and looked after my luggage while i had some dinner. Pool is gorgeous and it is a mostly quiet location in october! Hopefully will be back next year ❤️
