Staff are friendly, great variety on buffet and drinks. Lots of entertainment for the kids, they were never bored and loved the mini disco every night 🪩 The Corner pizzeria was great! Owners were lovely and accommodating and the portions were huge for the prices, would have paid happily paid more! 🍕 5 minute walk to the beach front, lots of bars a short walk from the hotel (recommend TOP bar for sports, the owners were a good laugh and made the atmosphere!). Lots of space for sunbathing and loungers. Round the main pools, a terrace either side and even a rooftop terrace with showers! Definitely recommend for families and adults 🙂👌

Been staying here for more than twelve years every year I travel to Tenerife. I come here to cycle and to train. The hotel is in good location, staff friendly. I have built up a great relationship with the dinner ladies. Food is okay, you get meat & fish options with salad and dessert selection. They have soup selections which the older generation seem to like. You can have full cooked breakfast with fruit and cereal options. They have a theme for evening meals. I like the Mexican 😊 The hotel is 3☆ The value is good for what you get. People expect bells and whistles for a 3☆ hotel. You also have a bar where you can keep getting free drinks by the longers if you are AI. The rooms are basic, but most people are out for the day and just need a bed and do the job. Over the years I have listened to the poor night staff having deal with drunken brits and their behaviour destroying property in rooms including throwing ti's and chairs out of the balcony! Keeping things minimal I think is the safest way for staff and to help keep their repair bill down. I will be back in December for cycling and I know what to expect 😊 The only thing I have been saying for many years is earlier breakfast and coffee machine on for lunch 😬

Hotel not worth it the money we paid and we didn’t even pay that much. Filthy room, hairs all over the bed, shower floor etc. they didn’t clean the room the first few days, we had to ask. The rooms are basic, lots of signs of wear and tear. The shower is poorly designed, water everywhere. There is cigarette marks on our toilet bowl. We’ve had a cockroach visit. They didn’t refill our shower gel in the room. We had to ask them to change the sheets. Although “cleaning the room”, the fooor was filthy and clearly not cleaned in days. The walls are like paper so can hear everything and the staff are very noisy at very early hours in the morning. The hotel is so outdated, nothing special about it. The pool doesn’t get much sun. Only positive is the man at the reception area who helps booked excursions who was very nice and got us in touch with a good quad bike tour company. Based off the cleanliness of the hotel being so bad, I wouldn’t even dare to eat the food here.

Lads golf trip for a week, our rooms all facing the main road very noisy up until 1am pleased I had ear plugs. Beds and pillows are crap. We are room only and the rooms are basic with a microwave, kettle and a toaster. They are clean enough. There's 2 supermarkets 2 hundred yards away to stock up on essentials. Don't think we'll be coming back to this hotel when we come back.

Another great stay at this hotel. Had a lovely top floor room great views and easy access to the roof terrace which was more peaceful than the groundfloor bar area. Pool was a little fresh but fine and managed 10/14 dips. Food was excellent and very good quality. Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Can't wait for my return and hopefully get the same room or close to it next year. ✔️
