Disappointing stay unfortunately! Me & my boyfriend booked a last minute get away for 4 nights for our anniversary, we checked the reviews & they were decent. On arrival our transfer just dropped us off where ‘the bus stop was’, not outside our hotel. The reception staff were all fairly pleasant, our room was in another building & not really explained very well, we also couldn’t smoke/Vape on our balcony (I’m not a smoker so isn’t an issue for me but as a smoker you had to leave the hotel grounds to smoke or you had the choice of 1 place round the corner by the bar to smoke!) I understand this is stated on their website however we booked a package holiday! The restaurant staff & chefs weren’t great, on our first night we was put in the ‘room’ as you walk in the restaurant, I’m not sure if this was because it was late as we had just arrived, but it made us feel very awkward, nothing was explained as there’s a slight language barrier I assume. As we were all inclusive we just felt like a ‘number’, nothing felt personal or like they even wanted us there. Me, my partner & a couple of British couple’s (Literally 4 of us!) assume it was because there were a lot of locals who were paying for drinks as they went so therefore got great service to try to get tips! As we were all inclusive, we didn’t get any attention & didn’t even get a straw in our drinks ( we had to help ourselves!). There were only 2 bar staff that actually gave us any attention & made us feel welcome, which we all tipped as it was the only time we felt appreciated. Regarding the room, our bathroom was tiny & our mirror was quite scratched & damaged, it made it look dirty. The dinner every night wasn’t great, there wasn’t a lot of choice of meats & it was very repetitive, lunch was similar & breakfast was also repetitive, but you can always find something for breakfast, even if it’s just toast! Not all the food had signs & the chefs weren’t friendly which made you not really want to ask. It wasn’t very busy & still kept running out of food. When it come to ‘lining’ up for food, people just barged in front of you, & even into you, it was like we were invisible, we felt like we got stared at a lot as we were younger than all of them & it made us feel like we were ‘strange’, Overall we didn’t feel welcome & wouldn’t return, location was decent with lots of gift shops & restaurants around however!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and the staff cleaned our room every day. The pool area is clean and plenty beds (note it was January). The food was excellent in my opinion, plenty choice and my wife particularly enjoyed the salad bar. The staff in the restaurant, bar area and reception were very helpful. There are bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The main centre is a 15 minute walk all down hill and stairs. It was €6 euro in a taxi to come back. Would definitely recommend !

We spent a wonderful week at Hotel 07 Tenerife from October 30 to November 6, 2025. Everything was great — the atmosphere, the food, and especially the staff! Our room was cleaned daily and always looked perfect. A big thank you to Pilar, our chambermaid, for keeping everything spotless. Special thanks also to Vincente at reception and to the waiters Santiago and Luis Garcia for their kindness and professionalism — they really made us feel welcome. The only small issue was during check-in, when there was a mistake with our booking. Unfortunately, the lady at reception didn’t double-check the details, and we had to spend over an hour contacting the agency. Luckily, Vincente stepped in and resolved everything quickly and politely — we truly appreciated his help! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

First time in Tenerife, so the first hotel we have stayed in. Hotel in great location. Eti on reception was amazing, warm and welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in room 236 I would say the best room in hotel for views. And the food was amazing, great quality and a wide variety to choose from. Will definitely be going back
