Not suitable as conference venue, don't book it or you will annoy your customers, partners or employees. Rooms are basic with very little amenities. 1 half sized towel, no face washer towel. No tissues. No iron, so you need to wait 30 min for one to be delivered but they will take it away because the whole hotel only owns 20. How can you attend a business conference without pressing your clothes? Breakfast was ok but after a big party night they chose to finish breakfast at 9am, making many miss it. Catering during our event was awful and at times inedible. Small serves of junk food canapes for lunch. I was served the same bland boiled fish fillet two days in a row for lunch and dinner. The staff had no idea how to efficiently handle dietary requirements, so every meal was a long delay then a disappointing bland meal. We were here in winter so the nearby township had almost no open restaurants if we chose to skip the conference meals. Cant wait to get home for a nice meal.
Stayed 10–13 October 2025. Booked as an all-inclusive 4-star stay through Booking.com but it didn’t meet expectations. Drink service was slow, with only one or two staff taking orders. The all-inclusive QR code system was confusing and led to being charged for meals and drinks that should’ve been included. Staff never checked wristbands, making the process pointless. Check-in was vague, with no map or clear directions. Breakfast booking slots made no difference as everyone queued together. Wine options were poor, bottled water wasn’t included, and some basic soft drinks weren’t available. The room was clean thanks to the housekeeping team, but the bathroom door was swollen and wouldn’t shut properly. The biggest disappointment was that the waterpark was closed, this wasn't clearly communicated. I raised a complaint through Booking.com, who contacted the hotel. The hotel rejected my complaint and asked for “supporting documents,” despite this clearly being about the general experience and quality of service. Overall, the trip felt overpriced and nowhere near the standard expected from a 4-star all-inclusive resort.
My family and some friends decided to vacation in a park and booked a hotel in advance for December 22nd to 23rd. For fun, we decided to participate in hotel roulette. It was our first time, but my friends had already tried it three times. On November 24th, I paid €294 for three members of my family on hotel roulette. The bank confirmed the charge, but I never received a confirmation or receipt from the hotel. I decided to wait, hoping it would arrive later. However, neither the confirmation nor the receipt ever arrived. On December 18th, my friends received confirmation that they had booked a room at the El Paso Hotel. I received nothing. I started to worry that our trip would be cancelled. I tried communicating with your bot in the app. It was completely useless – it couldn't answer my questions about payment or booking confirmation. It couldn't even speak to an operator and only responded with scripted phrases. I tried calling several times, but it's simply impossible. I once waited on hold for 40 minutes! I can't get through to you. To save my trip, I had to pay for another room for three, this time in El Paso. It cost me another 168 euros. This time, both the receipt and the booking confirmation arrived almost immediately. On December 22nd, we arrived at the hotel. The girl at the reception said she saw two reservations in my name. I told her about my situation and asked her to cancel one of them and get a refund. With sincere regret, she replied that this issue could only be resolved with a manager, and to do that, I needed to call your phone number. I asked her to call me herself, as all my previous attempts had failed. And surprisingly, she couldn't get through either. Only on the fourth try, after going to someone, did she find out the internal code, which (miraculously!) finally got through. I don't know who exactly I spoke to, but they refused everything. I didn't get a refund, no room upgrade, no additional services. NOTHING! The only response was: "Sorry, we can't do that." I was extremely irritated and upset by this attitude toward customers. My only thanks go to the girls at reception for their genuine concern. Our weekend was ruined by the management's attitude toward hotel and park guests. As proof of my words, I'm attaching photos of two of my reservations.
Beautiful Spanish style hotel. Very pleasant rooms, which maintain a fairly high temperature for the winter period. Friendly staff. A fairly spacious buffet. You can't choose from a very large offer, but everything that is presented is of good quality.
Impossible to Get an Invoice – Avoid if on Business I stayed here for a conference and was told the invoice would only be issued at checkout. In the morning, the queue was too long, and I had a bus to catch, so I had to leave without it. Three weeks later, I still have no invoice. I have contacted the hotel three times by phone, written via Booking, and sent multiple emails, only to be told it's "being handled by another department." The delay is completely unacceptable. This hotel is not recommended for business travellers. Their complete inability to provide basic financial documentation leads me to suspect they are either unprofessional or deliberately not reporting income. If you need a verifiable invoice for your expenses, look elsewhere.
