A great hotel with wonderful service and a great team to make sure you enjoy your trip. The resort has a warm and intimate feel. You won’t find a better team at the reception - so good ! Keep your eyes out for the fantastic SONSOLES she could not do more to make the visit special. The standard of the rooms is outstanding ! They are spotless clean and so comfortable .

The breakfast was terrible! Considering that we travel often and have experienced many other 5-star hotels where breakfast truly feels like a luxury, Radisson Tenerife was a huge disappointment. The food quality was the worst we have ever seen, and it completely ruined our experience: an omelette with flies in it, frozen avocado, and spoiled meat > something I never thought I would encounter in a so-called 5-star hotel! Other major issues: there is no toilet brush in the bathroom, the air conditioning does not provide heating at night, and there is no minibar at all > again, this hotel claims to be 5 stars! In my opinion, this property is a 3-star hotel at best, definitely not a 5-star experience. Please be careful! It feels like a scam!!

My experience at Radisson hotel in El Puerto de la Cruz has been absolutely lovely.The room was lovely,cozy ,stylish and amazing views.Couldn't ask for more!I'd like to mention the staff,made me feel like home, specially on my birthday when they surprised me with a birthday card and a bottle of cava at the pool.Thank you Roberto for your kindness and Yoli and the rest of the staff for making me so welcome.Amazing food by the way!😊

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved it. Good bed, calm & luxurious vibes, great staff and nice breakfast. Some vegan protein options would have been nice for breakfast, like soy yoghurt or beans or vegan sausages. Now I mostly just had veggies (they were good though). We do recommend to bring a sleeping mask. We did but it wasn't enough so we bought tape and trash bags from the supermarket to cover the windows in the bathroom and next to the door. Would 100% stay again!
