  Still staying here until Wednesday. Been to Tenerife 3 times but this is BY FAR the best hotel! Shop and bars on site, warmer pool for the children. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive and so accessible for disabilities with a disability ambassador on site. We think we finally may be able to bring my mum on holiday abroad next year because of this hotel!! I’ve not been on holiday with my mum since she became severely disabled when I was 7🥹 Every single staff member is lovely. There wasn’t a cot in my room for the baby, within 15 minutes staff were straight there with one. Room service is great, reception is great, the pool bar staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back and planning our next trip before we’ve even left. I could rave about this hotel so much 🤩 we love it here!!

  Positives: 🩷Location is great. 💜Cafe's and pubs near by. 🩵Good views. ❤️Spacious accommodation. 💙Local shop in the square does lovely pastries. 💚Pool is big enough. 💛Walking distance to beach. 🤎Can park mobility scooters outside. 🩶Feels safe. 🤍Good for kids. Cons. 😡Lots and lots of stairs to apartments. 🤬Very hilly. 😱Check in is up a massive, steep bank and then if your apartment is near the pool you have to then to back down the bank. ❌ Apartments are hard to find. Especially if you're above the cafe bars opposite the swimming pool. 😠Kids are not allowed to play with floaters or balls in the pool. 😭Try get a sun lounger and leave your bed for more than 20 minutes to go for lunch and your towels will be removed. 🪲Lots of cockroaches (we went July) 🍺When leaving your apartment you have to walk through seating for cafes and bars. 😡Lots of noise on an evening from bars and full of regulars who all seem to know each other. Meaning it's impossible to get a seat for the entertainment.

  The hotel itself was fine, for 3 nights as a couple. Location was nice, everything in close proximity, the balcony in our room was huge with sun loungers. The only 2 things I can say is the place is like a maze and hard to find reception, also paid a 100 euro deposit, that we were told would be released on the night we checked out, however its a week later and still haven't received the deposit back. So a bit confused as we left the place as we found it, I even stripped the beds to make their life easier.

  Great staff from the apartment front desk to the workers on the property. The friendly staff at both pools serving up hot food and drinks. The coffee every morning at the upper pool is worth getting every morning. The apartments had everything you need. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you Sunset Bay Club for a wonderful holiday.

  Always lovely, clean apartments here in Sunset Bay along with a great pool area and atmosphere. Perfectly situated with the beach, lots of great places to eat and drink close by. Very friendly, helpful reception staff
