We stayed for a week bed and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many people have a moan about the hotel being dated, well it was very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. For us the icing on the cake was the roof top adult only terrace. I thought there was a good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. There is a good market right next to the hotel on a Thursday and Saturday . Many bars cafes and restaurants to suit all pockets, even a young man nearby dancing like Michael Jackson which we really enjoyed near the beach We will definitely return

Have just returned from a 7-day stay. The hotel was okay but certainly not a 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean but dated. The food wasn’t great, with limited choice. Many items weren’t included in the all-inclusive package at the bars. There were lots of silly rules in the dining area. You had to take a card with you that was never filled out, even though you wore a band to say you were all-inclusive. We bought a float for our son to use in the pool from the hotel shop. We were told by the lifeguard we couldn’t use it in the kids’ pool and were redirected to the main pool. We used it there for 2 days and were then told we couldn’t use it anymore. When I questioned it, all I was told was that different lifeguards follow different rules. I think the hotel needs to decide who it wants to aim the hotel at. They’ve got an adult-only rooftop terrace area, which is great, but then enforce rules in the kids’ pool areas to allow adults to swim lengths, which doesn’t make sense to me. If you want families at the hotel, let the kids play in the kids’ pool. The animation team were great, especially the lady with the curly hair. The location of the hotel is good a short walk to the beach and lots of shops around. Plus, a market next door to the hotel.

Highly recommended we've stayed here twice now ...its a four star... it has everything 2 roof top swimming pools..a large outdoor pool and a children's pool with play area....the restaurant is great we upgraded this year to full board it saves a good bit on having to pay out for different restaurants. The rooms are good and well kept. Entertainment for adults and children most evenings if not all. You could actually not even leave the hotel and have a great time...10 mins walk to beach. We will come back without hesitation.

The hotel is decent, but not quite 4-star. We checked in late in the evening and were unpleasantly surprised by the huge cockroach that greeted us and the lack of drinking water in the room. We had been on a long journey and had to go out to buy water. Even 3-star hotels usually leave a couple of bottles of water for guests upon check-in. Incidentally, we saw cockroaches in the room a couple more times afterwards. The furniture was old, and the blankets didn't look fresh. The breakfasts were delicious, but nothing changed on the menu for 10 days. Eating eggs 10 days in a row, even in different varieties, gets boring. Those are the downsides. The upsides are the convenient location, close to the beach and shops. The beds were comfortable. Even with my bad back, I didn't feel any discomfort. The staff was friendly. There were plenty of relaxation areas, including a large rooftop area, and what I really enjoyed was the warm water in the pool.

The hotel was ok for the price we paid. It is stretching it to call it 4*. The hotel appearance is a bit dated. The concrete exterior doesn’t give you a feel good factor. Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising. We were B&B. The food in the restaurant was good. I’m glad we were not AI. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange. The Sun only gets to half the pool, but there is the roof top area that is a blessing in disguise. Checking in could have gone smoother with 3 visits to reception. Its ok having technology to open the door and the safe but it’s a nuisance when it doesn’t work. All in all the hotel was ok.
