  We stayed at the hotel in October 2023. The service at reception wasn't even worth 2 stars! Upon arrival (around 12:15 pm), we were lied to and told that the room wasn't yet available. When it finally arrived (around 2:30 pm), we found the room extremely dirty. Dust on the chairs, as if they hadn't been used in ages. Sun loungers unusable, hair on the floor as if a hair salon had just been there. Bloodstains on the walls, and so on. When the housekeeper checked the room, she confirmed that it had been empty for a couple of days. At the spa – which is also open to non-guests – hotel guests have no priority. If you're unlucky and several non-guests are trying to check in, you have to wait your turn. The spa rooms aren't particularly clean, even though you have to wear a swimming cap. Check-out was another example of the reception's incompetence. After more than 15 minutes of trying to get confirmation of our €100 deposit refund, the card reader stopped working. However, they were very quick with the cashier! The facility itself was otherwise okay, but only worth 3-4 stars at most.

  My feelings are mixed because I'm angry! For a 5-star hotel, there shouldn't be so many IT and management problems!!! I couldn't complete my booking, and now, like in the Booking.com reviews, I'm one of those who haven't been reimbursed for the €60 they take upon arrival!!! And despite emails and calls (I've made four 20-minute calls on hold!), no one is responding, and my deposit still hasn't been returned!!!!!!!!!! The stay was on April 8, 2023!!! It's now the 28th... The only thing they told me was that it was probably my bank... Be very careful and check the Booking.com reviews; many people have been scammed!!!! Back from vacation, I'm sure many haven't even bothered about the refund!!! Check your accounts and verify!!!!
