What a find. Lovely bungalows, clean, comfy and coukd play youtube etc. on the tv. Food was terrific, lots of choice and as much as 7 or 8 desserts daily. Dining rooms were spotless. Bar staff great and friendly and all inclusive spirits were big brands. The best all inclusive experience I've had in a while. Very civilised sunbed booking...just put your towel on when going into breakfast. Lots of pool games but just at lunchtime and quiet bliss otherwise.

Heaven on earth. If you have to have a ground floor room as well, or need air con, this place is an absolute dream. Air con in the bedrooms at night and in the front living space. My partner needs that due to epilepsy at night if he gets above 20c so honest to god, this place was the easiest most relaxing place I've ever stayed. The staff were all amazing - Rebecca, Clara, Simoine, and the chefs here are honestly one of the tightest most amazing teams I've ever experienced - the food was exceptional. It was honestly absolutely magnificent. I put on weight here haha, because everything was so good. I thanked the restaurant manager when leaving because he is coordinating a big service there and it's definitely the best hotel buffet I've ever enjoyed and worth the money easily for the standard and variety they serve up. The place gives you this feeling of really taking care of you and your family. I was quite moved here too because every night, they have a football court, and they do young people friendly stuff there so no one is bored or left out. I saw dance parties, competitions in sport, socials all sorts and it was lovely to see young people so safe and supported by staff but also given a bit of room to breathe. I saw mums and dad's playing footy with their kids before bed, it was so wholesome. The two pools are significant sizes too and there was a ton of beds in the sun to pick from. No one was allowed to save beds or do that daft early morning towel thing here. It was pure bliss. This place has got the magic right. You can upgrade or book a room with a jacuzzi too and that was incredible!! I'm absolutely going back, I hope to become as regular as I can afford!

We had an amazing weeks stay here last week, the hotel is well situated and the rooms were clean and maintained to a high standard by the maids. The site was always really clean and quiet at nights in the rooms when going to bed. The food and drink was very good with plenty of variety each day and we loved the beautiful and tasty salads. This was backed up by the amazing waiting and bar staff who work incredibly hard, special mention for Alejandro who was great with us and taught us a bit of Spanish - chocala cinco✋ in between being everywhere at once! I would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back sometime soon

Had an amazing stay here, it was my first time. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Rooms were immaculate and the maid was respectful, kind and polite. The staff were brilliant- polite, helpful and friendly with good chat. The food was lovely, great variety and always something for everybody. Poolside was wonderful with plenty of sunbeds available. Evening entertainment was a good variety and very well suited for couples and families. Have great respect to the staff- Jorge, Sanchez, Peque and Roberto were outstanding and were given tips on the last day to show gratitude for they're service. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
