  Overall our stay here was alright. Our us nicely decorated and smelled good, but the walls were really thin and could hear everything from the neighbours. Nice balcony but the view was a back street and the kitchen chimney so you couldn’t really enjoy the view. Most disappointing is that they didn’t even try to provide us with any bottles of water. It was Sunday and most things were closed early or not even open. There was no drinking water in the room which is very unusual for a hotel. We asked for some water but they said they could only sell us some bottles of water (€3 each). Very surprised that they didn’t even provide such basic services, not to mention there was no fridge in the room.

  Hotel is located in the best location for Portocolom. A/C was perfect just like the shower. Unfortunately, the pictures for my room clearly depicted a view with a tree, so you're thinking: nice, a balcony with a view on a street with trees or something, maybe the sea. The view was on a very ugly back street, with restaurant chimneys working loudly nonstop (you couldn't hear that in your room, just to be clear). The provided images are clearly misleading, they show the restaurant side which is ofcourse on the sea side. There's no mini fridge, so you can't cool down your own drinks for the night. The waiting times for breakfast vary. One day you get your breakfast in 20 minutes, and one day you wait 1+ hours, which is unacceptable, more so because at the check-in it was clearly told that breakfast is a buffet (swedish table), but you're ordering and waiting like in a restaurant.

  ⭐️ best for the price in Portocolom ⭐️ We stayed here for one night in November and payed ~60€/night. The room was huge and comfy. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well on it. We had a television with some German Programms. The room was very clean. The hotel is located at the second row, so the street is not to noice. Just the windows and walls are very thin. So you can hear your neighbors and the few cars in the street. But we had not problem with it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! See you next time.

  Location: Carrer del Capità Barceló, 26, 07670 Portocolom, Illes Balears, Spain The hostel is located not where it is supposed to be. Instead of nice location with a view, we have a backyard building with stinky rooms because of sewerage. Management: Overall satisfaction is 0. Manager is rude and started arguing by the phone, not willing to make our stay better. Complaint is raised. Rooms: Rooms are poor and old, like in an old camp, and smell old. Parking: Parking is free everywhere, but they are selling it as an extra for 6€ per day. Food: Breakfast is not included. Food in restaurants of the same owner - is rather ok, but I would not go there anymore. Service: Cleaning ladies are doing good job. All the other services are absent. Pictures at Booking: The pictures at any booking services are wrong. The real location is in the photo attached. And the real view of the hostel, which is far from offered by the booking.

  Well furnished, good location. However, thermal/phonic insulation are absolutely terrible : even with ear plugs, we could not sleep properly. Humidity is also a problem, even with the dry function of the air conditioning. We do not recommend.
