Xavi was a great host. Really genuine welcome and warmth. A dude who clearly takes pride in his work. Right in the middle of tarragona and the price was brilliant. Place had loads of character too and didn't feel sterile like a lot of hotels and B&Bs do. Will be back if ever I need a place to stay in Tarragona again!

Honestly I was surprised in a bad way to discover that the floor of the room I was given was dirty. When I said that to the reception guy and he went to see that, he confirmed that and said:"well, it is dirty, but I can't give you another room, cause the hotel is full." He suggested, however to clean the floor by himself. So I left the room for 2 hours and when I was back, I think that he probably tried to clean the floor, I’m not sure, but the floor was still dirty anyway. The heating in my room was very hot in spite of the fact that it was turned down. The reception guy said that they called the technician, but he’d come only on Monday (I arrived on Saturday). Moreover the hotel is very old, there's a disgusting smell in the corridors, in the kitchen, in the bathroom. There’s no door between a bathroom and the room, just a dirty curtain. The furniture is old and not in a good state. They don’t have covers for duvets. All that for a price of 76 euros for night without a breakfast. I think that it’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Stay away from it.

Very nice cozy hotel. The personnel is very friendly and polite, the receptionist told us everything about the most important places of the city, gave the map with the notes, showed us everything in the hotel. In the kitchen there,s everything you need: microwave, teapot, teas, sugar… The room was very clean with many pretty details

The host was very kind and attentive. Thanks to his recommendations, we adapted easily and enjoyed our trip. A very comfortable, peaceful, clean, home-like hotel right in the center. We were very pleased.

A pleasant hotel with very attentive service. My stay was generally comfortable, but there were a few shortcomings: the bed springs were quite squeeky, bathroom being in the hallway was a bit uncomfortable, and the internet went off a few times. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The common area is nice and gives some opportunity to socialise.
