Just come back from our 3rd visit in a year. Looking forward to a 4th next year. Great location, fantastic room! thanks to Daniel. Lovely buffet food. Alcohol drinks are good, but, Real Coke , Fanta and Sprite and free water are a boon. The Excellent hard working staff in all aspects of the hotel will do their best to make your time with them a great memory. The room we had was very clean and spacious. We didn't have the housekeeping in to re clean by choice as I know how hard their job is, but they were always happy to take my used towels and sheets and give me clean ones. The music in bar sounded much better with the new speakers being installed. The removal of towels left unattended on sunbeds was especially excellent!! The pool was a lovely temperature and fairly quiet for the time of year. The courtesy room with the shower was a real benefit as we had a late flight home .. Thankyou to all the staff that made our stay just perfect .

The "only" issue is the location of your room. Decent rooms with a view are starting from 3rd floor to 5th. 1 floor is basically underground and 2 floor, you have the view of a very nice wall. Cooking is limited to one hot plate and if your lucky you might get a pot to boil water. No tea options for tea lovers (get your tea from home and a holiday kettle). Cutlery and plates are available. NO FREE INTERNET and barely works. In 2026, you still have to pay for Internet on your payed holiday !?! 🤦♂️🤷 There are no kids facilities or clubs apart from swimming pool fun. Poo areal is "towel-lounge-run" initiative and no inflatables . The entertainment is 70s and 80s fun. Feels like pretty much an OAP hotel, not recommended for younger generations. 🤷 Plus things... sort of... It is 10 minutes from the beach, with a fairly steep walk back. Air conditioning in every room (remote needs a deposit). TV (not smart) available, with UK channels (remote needs a deposit). The fact that you can't choose your rooms is a no go back experience.

It great here I can’t say any more. Room are clean lots of different food available I come here loads of staff are great. I don’t know what the problem is you hire the remote for the air conditioner unit. You hire kettle you hire everything but it keeps it all there for everyone if you did not hire stuff goes missing then other guests can’t use it. And you get your money back after returning all what you hire so know problem

Just spent a week here in November and can honestly say what’s great place. Location is central to lots of bars and restaurants and only a 10 min stroll to the beach. All the staff from reception to the bar staff and restaurant and house keeping were professional and really helpful, what a great team you should be proud of yourselves Room was spacious and airy great views over the pool and the sea. House keeping do an amazing job and rooms tidied and clean towels etc most days. Showers nice and spacious and hot and also a small kitchen area and a good size balcony also had decent enough Wi-Fi too Was a little sceptical about the all inclusive after reading some reviews but honestly the food was great. Breakfast was really good from continental, fruit, pastries yoghurt and cooked breakfast too. Snacks were great too from burgers, hotdogs, toasties pizza ice cream etc. lunch was always lovely and fresh and always loads to choose from and the same with dinner although we did eat out most evenings. Honestly if you can’t find something you like I’m not sure what you eat when at home. There was ample for the vegetarians amongst us and lots of fresh meat, chicken, mussels chips rice potatoes salads too So much to choose from x We went to the bar most nights before heading out great selection of drinks, soft drinks and coffees etc They will never please everyone but as it’s only 3 stars it was a great stay and we will definitely go back. One guy complained numerous times to reception and restaurant about the food but still sat in there every day with his plate pilled high whilst his belly got fatter 🤣🤣🤣🤣 as I say you can’t please everyone !!! Hope to be back again soon.

I don't get the negative reviews. This hotel is decent and has everything you could possibly need. I think the bad reviews are from people forgetting they've booked a 3 star hotel. Go for yourself and see it In person. I personally would stay here again but I wouldn't pay peak time prices but that's just me. Nothing wrong with this hotel in my opinion.
