  My experience at the Kimpton Aysla was beyond incredible. From the minute I arrived, I fell in love with the hotel’s whole vibe. The scents throughout the property were absolutely amazing and the decor and open concept feel (with so much light with the indoor/outdoor vibe) were so inviting. This hotel has far beyond the standard amenities since it also has a gym with workout classes included, a large sauna, a mud room and a salt room! The hot tub and indoor pool are HUGE but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t actually hot (hopefully something that can be adjusted.) And the breakfast and Social Hour are unmatched! I was obsessed with my room since it was so spacious. It had TWO outdoor patios and a bathroom that had the best tub and shower I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. And the bed was so comfortable, especially with the ceiling fan on, that I slept like a queen. Lastly, the BEST part of this hotel’s experience is the staff! Lucy checked me in and was so amazing at making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Charlotte and Jeremy were so personable and genuine in all of our encounters. And Lisa, was so sweet and really wanted the guests to have a great experience during the Social Hours and facilitated great interactions between many of us. I was traveling solo and I truly felt taken care of and almost like I was at my own vacation home. Do not hesitate to stay here if you have the chance!

  After months of planning, this hotel did not follow through in a way I’d expect from the Kimpton brand. I was planning an event on behalf of a client and had been in good faith discussions with the hotel since September for a June event. Early on, communication was great and the team was helpful and responsive. By December, communication changed. After the New Year, key terms also changed, including a sudden requirement for room blocks after we had been clearly told they were not needed. By that point, my client had already secured accommodations elsewhere that could not be canceled. After escalating the situation to management, there was no meaningful resolution. I was eventually told the event space we had agreed upon was no longer available because it had been reassigned to a sporting event. They offered to secure another location on my behalf, but unfortunately I had to scramble to rebook vendors and secure a new venue in Mallorca, which is very popular for weddings and events.

  Me and my wife stayed at Kimpton Aysla last summer, and what an experience, we are really missing it this year. The location just out of town by the Mallorca Tennis & golf clubs was just perfect, nice and tranquil. The food, bar, pool and rooms were just perfect. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and professional. we would definitely recommend this hotel/resort to anyone, for a short or a long stay, ours was 7 nights, perfect.

  Most perfect in every way. From the lovely staff that always know what you need before you even think it to the beautiful interior. The food was just top tier and there was also an incredible selection on courses in the Gym. From Yoga to Crossfit, they got everything and they do it great but they are well equipped, so you can train by yourself and won’t miss a thing. And afterwards you can relax in their amazing spa and pools. Already planned our next trip.

  We spent an extended weekend at the beautiful Kimpton Aysla, and right away we noticed the friendliness and attentiveness of the front desk team. Hotel was very stylish and clean. Beds are comfortable. Gym was amazing: huge, extraordinary equipped, fitness instructor on site all day and super classes. However, I would especially like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Antonio and Nestor for their extraordinary and by no means self-evident service: Unfortunately, I had left my wallet in the hotel safe and only realized it once I was already at the airport. I called the reception desk, and the team immediately began searching and called me back very promptly. Despite having just finished a long night shift, they acted without hesitation, and Antonio even went so far as to personally bring my wallet to me to the airport in his private car (!). That is far from given, and I truly believe that any employer can count themselves fortunate to have such honest and dedicated employees as Antonio and Nestor – and of course, any guest who might find themselves in such a situation while traveling. Muchísimas gracias y todo lo mejor para vosotros.🫶
