Well this is a difficult one, for starters the room was fine (a bit dated) but you had everything you needed and a nice terrace. Clean and spacious. Unfortunately the room above decided it was a great idea to smoke weed everyday so I couldn’t leave my door open or sit on the terrace and chill with a beer as it stunk of weed from above! Food wasn’t brilliant but ok, if you like chips and pasta you’re in for a treat. Breakfast was probably the best food I had there but one morning in particular all the breakfast food was proper cold, beans, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, fried eggs all cold for some reason.... maybe someone forgot to put the warmers on above the food but other than that its was a nice breakfast. Swimming Pool was great and clean with loads of sun beds available and a very spacious, apparently one of the largest pools in the area. Bar was ok being all inclusive but the so called “free all inclusive snacks” always ran out so never got to eat any of them. How to rate it fairly….. 5/10 on my personal experience due to the druggies above my room, the food same most nights and a cold breakfast one morning. Would I stay again? Believe it or not yes I think I would based on the overall hotel experience.
Just came back from my holiday and I want to reassure anyone coming as I read all the bad reviews it's good for what you pay I was happy. Yes it's very hilly but tenerife is literally a volcano so don't know what people expect. Breakfast was good every day only had dinner once as was bed and breakfast but dinner was really nice good meat selection of ribs veg and carbs. REALLY RECOMMEND THE MANDARIN CHINESE BUFFET if like me u only had breakfast amazing food and so CHEAP. Room clean bit of mold no coackroach however my mom had a nest in her wardrobe 🙁 unfortunately did tell reception not sure if they did anything it was room N21 . My room was N7 and was all good. Cleaners come every 2 days not everyday and don't speak english. Pool not heated but nice in hot weather. Cocktails are strong so be careful €5 for 1 also have to pay for ice in a cup 🤣🤣🤣if u bring ur own drinks. Clean bed clean towels nice view nothing wring for 400 quid It's not a bad hotel so don't be scared like I was and no bed bugs!!! And chicken man is very funny 😅🤣 Would possibly come back ❤️❤️ Enjoy your holiday
I just love the convenience of having meals at the resort since I travelled will little ones. It's a great place for a family and very close to the beach. I did not realise the rooms do not have internet before booking. But it was good to be off our devices and talking to each other more.
Unfortunately, my stay at Laguna Park Resort was an experience I never want to repeat. The resort fails in every basic aspect of hospitality and guest respect: Hygiene & Room: Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty, and we had to ask for them to be changed. The room has no ventilation at all, making it stuffy and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the safe was broken. Noise & Location: Our room was located right next to the loading/unloading area and the laundry room. There was extreme noise from very early in the morning. We tried to change rooms, but were told it was not possible. Food: The breakfast is miserable, with very little variety and quality far below what is expected from a "resort." Lack of Basic Essentials: They don't even provide shower gel. In the apartments, there are no kitchen cloths or dish soap provided either. Equipment & Connectivity: There was no remote control for the TV, and Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, only in the reception area. Unpleasant Details: On top of everything, you are forced to wear a hideous orange wristband throughout your stay, which is aesthetically awful and uncomfortable.
You get what you pay for.Cosy ,cheap ,family holiday. Been 3 times no issues! Staff always happy to help and provided towels, bed sheets and toilet paper every time i asked. Food is ok. Keep your rooms clean, all leftovers in the fridge ( including drinks ) and the coackroaches and ants will not come in ! Only down side is the hill but you get use to it .
