  I want to commend Nora and Raoul for their kind customer service to us. Our reservation was somehow not in their system, though we had received multiple confirmations. It was scary thinking we might not have a room. But they were so pleasant and assured us they would figure something out for us. We ended up in a better room than originally booked, with a beautiful sea view and terrace. The property is well secured and quiet. We found the walk to the city attractions not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

  Fantastic apartment, a little ways from the beach and city centre. We had hoped it would've been closer to both, but especially the walk to the city center is quite a hike. The apartment is at the edge of a rather dodgy neighborhood. Our apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great, as it had high water pressure. Airconditioning worked perfectly as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, but unavailable for long stretches every day. Breakfast was alright, definitely your money's worth for 9 euro per person. Parking can be problematic, as they only have 7 available spots in their own parking garage. We had to park our car in a garage about 10 minutes away.

  This is a beautiful spot to enjoy a night or two. Clean and well furnished. The rooms have old school meets modern chic charm. The breakfast is included and freshly prepared.

  Unacceptable and hostile service. The staff reacted in a visibly offended manner and deliberately refused to provide any assistance. Each call ended with them hanging up. This happened despite the stay being fully paid for. Such behavior shows complete disrespect for guests and a total lack of professionalism. Strongly not recommended. Getting through the self-check-in machine, the system, and the door was an absolute nightmare. But what disappointed me the most was not the automated service itself it was the people behind it. The staff completely neglected to provide any assistance. It took us 1.5 hours just to get through this awful process. However, special kudos to Angelica the only person who actually knew what was going on and genuinely tried to help. Everyone else was dismissive, unprofessional, and utterly unresponsive. Overall, this experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. AGAIN: RECONSIDER YOUR STAYING IN THIS NIGHTMARE PLACE

  Unfortunately, our experience at Port Plaza was disastrous. The apartment is spacious and Nice. The location is not the best, it is a little far from the city's attractions. We booked on the hotel's website to have the benefit of early check-in and late check-out. I have contacted them by e-mail to confirm the early check in and late checkout. I have informed the reception that we would leave at 4:30 pm the next day. The Early check-in was difficult to get, but we got in early. The next day we went for a walk. We returned at 4 pm and all our luggage had been removed from the apartment. They took everything out without telling us. They had my phone number but never contacted us. Many items were missing, including torrones and chocolates that we had bought as a gift for friends. The cleaner said she had thrown in the garbage all the things we left in the kitchen area. We were treated rudely by the receptionist. We were practically thrown out of the hotel. I do not recommend this aparthotel due to its total lack of security.
