  It was our first time to Tenerife and this hotel did not disappoint! The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, very nicely decorated all throughout the hotel. The swimming pool has a vintage vibe about it that I loved! The food was always tasty, some of the best buffet food I’ve ever had. I absolutely love how the bus stop outside accommodated most of the day trips around the island, it was so convenient and a happy surprise. Overall I was so pleased with my choice in this hotel. I would definitely consider staying again if I come back to Tenerife.

  The hotel is dated needs a makeover which they have said they would be starting on in March 2025 its now Feb 2026 and nothing has changed since we last stayed here in 2024! Staff have been polite and check in was quick there is a varied breakfast catering for everyone. Our room was clean and spacious of course for such an old building there is signs of wear and tear. Location to both the beach and to the shops is 5 mins away. The biggest down side is the lack of AC luckily we didn't need it on this trip but if we were in the height of the summer or under a climia we would have had to buy fans as there is completely no AC. We are not people to sit by the pool all day but we did watch as people ran out to put towels on the sun loungers and then leave them unused for hours this to could be addressed perhaps if the sun bed is not occupied within an hour of the towel being placed down it should be removed so that someone else could make use of it. Either that or completely stop people reserving the sun beds or make them pay to keep the sun bed all day.

  Best all inclusive in Los Cristianos for the price!! Been coming for years always top quality products. Get the food and drinks spot on, rooms are big. Right next to the beach beautiful views. Stayed at other hotels in the area like paradise park, h10 and to be honest better off going Sol. Doesn’t take itself too seriously lots of fun. Melia know what there doing and what the people want! Can’t wait to go back after the big refurb exciting times catch you in March.

  Lovely hotel which has been recently renovated everywhere. Great food quality and selection. Friendly and helpful staff and fun included excersise classes/entertainment classes. We really enjoyed our stay!! Thanks all

  What a quality hotel. Stayed in first week after relaunch. Large room clean modern shower. Hot Breakfast so much choice and tasty, and choices of breads cereals and fruits etc outstanding.staff helpful politeand keen. Pool one of the best. Lifts were an issue but quickly sorted.
