  We had an amazing off-season 8‑day family stay at allsun Bella Paguera with our two young children (2 and 5). The service was excellent from start to finish — especially the friendly and helpful reception team. Our daughter Sofie loved the Kids Club, and we want to give a special thank‑you to Monique, who was absolutely fantastic with her. Her kindness and personal approach made a huge difference. The food was outstanding every day — fresh, varied, and truly delicious. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. A perfect family relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel overall. The only downside is the situation at the pool area — unfortunately, the same issues with some German guests also exist here, but this is caused by certain guests’ behavior, not by the hotel itself. We strongly recommend renting and using the in-room safe. Some cash that was left out in our room was taken — our mistake for not securing it properly. At first, we didn’t rent the safe because we assumed it would be provided for free, which seemed logical. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way why it’s better to pay for it at check-in and keep your valuables protected. Aside from this, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. Overall, we still had a very good stay

  We spent in hotel 7 nights. Clientele of hotel are mostlygermans what is not surprising because all of holidays are booked by german travel agency Alltour. Hotel has been reconstructed recently, with very modern restaurant. Some rooms are reconstructed only partially, there are still a few pieces of old furniture. Rooms are small but cozy and we didn’t have any bigger problem with it (but it wasnt the room which was presented on the travel agency website). As positives I would mention very helpful and nice hotel personnel. Also the hotel was very clean with everyday cleaning service except for Tuesdays. You can enjoy acitivities like table tennis, tennis and minigolf for free. Other advantage is the distance from sea (about 300 metres). All inclusive was a little dissappointed, breakfast was the same everyday but it was okay. Lunches and dinners were worse. Starters, cold dishes and desserts were quite tasteful, but warm meals were with small selections of meat (mostly 2 types) and it was tasteless. I have to mention queus in which you have to wait to get to buffet table (with warm meals). The last thing which I really hate is ,,sunbeds wars’’. Everyday around 9:30 am they open entrance to pool. In 10 minutes everyone try to reserve their own sunbed by putting towel on it and then leave (half of the sunbeds just stay reserved by towels). So when you come at 10:00 you have no chance to get your own sunbed….. Except that there is a really nice terrace on the roof with spectacular views, also its a pity that skybar there is closed. Overall rating 7/10.

  First of all, I would like to praise the staff of the whole hotel. Everyone is friendly and loves their job. Secondly, this hotel has a great open-air balcony, swimming pool, delicious food and interesting evening activities. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will come back to this hotel in the future for sure

  I had a great time in this hotel . All the employees in the restaurant/ Reception / room service were very nice and friendly. Various foods every day. The hygiene and the cleaning are in high level. I definetly recommend this hotel.
