  I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at this hotel, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful, especially Andrea, who provided outstanding service. The reception staff were also professional and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration truly special. We look forward to returning in the summer. Regards: Joemar

  This hotel deserves praise. Not only for the staff, but the food, amenities and location to historic places and other beaches. While it's tucked away in a posh and wealthy part of the island, there are still many things nearby. I give praise to Adrian at the front desk and the restaurant manager ( i forget his name) Breakfast here is amazing with a great selection of breads, cold cuts, mimosas and juices. I have a premier room and the view was over the street and waterfront. The pool is luxury hidden by the breakfast area. I would hope to revisit here in the summer and winter most things are closed but it was still an enjoyable trip.

  Fantastic hotel in a lovely low-key resort on Mallorca’s south east coast. Couldn’t really have asked for more from the hotel. Great pool area with loungers and cabanas, plus food/drink served by staff throughout the day. Pool bar lunch menu is perfect for standard holiday favourites. Room was spacious and well equipped, comfy super king bed and balcony overlooking pool (which also got sun all day). Hotel restaurant is fantastic - gorgeous setting plus superb food. Visiting the Barefoot restaurant should be on every guest’s list of things to do while staying at the hotel. Hotel also located round the corner from Portocolom’s row of nice restaurants. 5 min walk to supermarket etc. Couldn’t have asked for more.

  I would rate this hotel 3 stars maximum. At first glance everything looks nice, but it feels a bit cheap. It’s definitely not a true 5-star experience — the service, design, rooms, and breakfast don’t match that level. On top of that, there are cheaper hotels in Mallorca with much better locations and views. Overall, a pleasant stay but far from 5 star hotel.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. This hotel is advertised as 5-star, but in reality, it falls far short of that standard – and here’s why: • No room service: Even during restaurant hours, there’s no option to order to your room. I was told to write my order on paper or go to the restaurant myself – because the receptionist was “too busy doing check-ins.” In any true 5-star hotel, this would be unacceptable. • Housekeeping is unavailable when needed: I requested a small item (a hairdryer accessory) and was told there’s no housekeeping available at the moment. 5-star service should offer at least basic flexibility or support outside strict time slots. • You can’t even call other rooms: I tried to contact my wife in our room from the restaurant, but was told guest-to-guest calls are not allowed. That’s a basic feature in nearly every hotel, let alone a luxury one. • No parking on premises: For a hotel in this category and price range, you’d expect on-site parking or proper valet arrangements. There was none. On top of that, the overall attitude from the staff felt untrained and under-resourced – as if they’re running on minimal staffing and guests are an inconvenience. In summary, this is not a five-star hotel by any real definition. It may have the looks and branding, but it lacks the fundamental services, professionalism, and hospitality that define luxury accommodation. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a proper high-end experience.
