  Stayed one night last weekend. Easy to find just outside city centre. Guy on reception didn't provide any information on the hotel when I arrived or engage in any small talk. He didn't ask me for anything other than to fill out a form. Room was clean and tidy. Coin operated vending machine in reception for food and drinks. Overall good stay. Cheap hotel compared to others in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

  24 hours reception meant that check in and out took 2 minutes, room was clean, had a working mini fridge but the safe didn’t work (reception said they turned off all the safes). There’s a sitting room on the ground floor with a tv and a couple of vending machines, that’s really all. It’s far from the city centre but I knew that before booking it. The walls are too thin that I could hear the person 2 rooms down snoring so bring earplugs. There’s a bus from La Rambla to the centre and there’s a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The nearest restaurants are on the seafront but they are all touristy and not worth visiting.

  Avoid here. The man at the reception is super rude. I think it must be the same guy mentioned in other reviews as he kept shouting at my girlfriend who came to visit that he was going to ring the police because she wanted to go upstairs.

  Staff helpful and friendly. Very open to storing my bicycle, a big plus for a cyclist 😊 Great location. For the above would have given five stars. However, the bed covers where visibly really dirty. Toilet seat had a cleaned tape on it, but was also visibly not clean. the morning courtesy call at 11:35, to remind me that check out was at midday. Made me feel like I was in a dormitory and a child again. Also the bins had no plastic bags in them. Which made me uncomfortable to leave any dirty waste in it.

  Mr Ciprian at the reception was so rude. My friend came to the hotel to see me and ask for a wifi - he refused to give it to her. She had no roaming. He didn't even bother to call my room to let me know she is there. When she wanted to come up to the room, it was in the morning 30 min before the check-out, he ran after her, threatening with the police! She passed by another day, gave her ID and there was no problem. Also when I came in the evening and another friend wanted to use my bathroom, the reception didn't allow my friend to go upstairs, although I paid a room for 2 people! I paid a lot for this room, and I never had such an unfriendly reception experience in my life.
