  Average size room with all the usual amenities. Very good value for money. Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very helpful staff for restaurant suggestions - Daniel recommended a nearby grill restaurant which was very good ( unless you are a vegetarian of course). The hotel stored our excess luggage while we went walking on La Gomera and El Hierro. About a ten minute walk from the bus station if arriving by airport bus or a cheap 5 or 6 euro taxi fare by meter. Central location so not really suitable if you have a hire car due limited parking. So far only a one night transit stop but luckily have two more days booked at the end of our trip.

  The situation of the hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the city and close to the cruise port if you are going on a cruise. Near lots of restaurants and the market The staff are amazing. Very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good Now for the minus points-the rooms are very outdated. They need refurbishing. The noise from the street is disturbing. However, for the price, I cannot complain and I would certainly return

  The central location was great. The desk staff were helpful and polite. The room was smallish with 2 twin beds, but it worked. The breakfast was adequate. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel, it was good value for money.

  Stayed here for 6 nights, easy access to restaurants bars transportation ditch a cab and take the bus it is so much easier and affordable l. Hotel location is a 10/10 This side of Tenerife is a bite mature compared to other parts. Breakfast is a 4/10 just something to grab and put in your stomach. There are plenty of great breakfast places with in minute walks . All in all I loved my stay staff were friendly atmosphere was great location great overall experience minus the breakfast 8/10

  The rooms are a bit shabby. Furniture are old and a bit old fashioned. The bathroom was new and clean. The balcony is really tiny. Only one person at a time. The location is great, near the shopping area and near the harbour. However, in the night it was a bit noisy, people singing aloud in the street, noise of bars and terraces, etc.
