It’s a hotel and a CLUB! A freaking CLUB that closes at 4am. I don’t know how they even got a license for this! It can drive even the most sane mad!! Not to mention how tacky and cheap looking everything is. The worst experience ever! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Location is excellent, only a short walk to local restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the hotel is also a bar with a club on the 7th floor. I would avoid if you are sensitive to noise at night. Rooms seemed clean but had a smoke smell.

This 'high end' hotel offers little in comparison with more humble hotels in the vicinity URBAN ANAGA has a rooftop with a 'disco' area that had 2 employees talking, alone, as no one was actually in there for a party. The breakfast was a collection of pre-made pancakes, days old fruit, a cement like viscous 'milkshake' and barely cooked bacon. Rooms are okay, spacious and have a weird vibe to them. They are not meant for a romantic escapade nor for business. Its sort of between. Very bad. Just go to more approachable hotels and have breakfast elsewhere

🛑 Worst Hotel Experience – Looks Can Be Deceiving 🛑 📍 Urban 180 Hotel We were so excited to stay here based on the location and photos—but everything fell apart the moment we arrived. Despite booking a queen bed, we were given two beds pushed together and told it was a king. They claimed it was an “upgrade,” but the air conditioning didn’t work at all. Even worse, they advertised on-site parking, but there was none. We had to find parking far from the hotel. When we tried to cancel through Expedia, the hotel lied—saying they did have parking and another room available. After lots of back and forth, they finally showed us a room… which was the same queen bed room we originally booked. Just unacceptable. They also promised to include breakfast to make up for the issues, but the next morning we were told it wasn’t included—after we had already served ourselves. Embarrassing and awkward. Javier at the front desk made the promise, then said nothing when it wasn’t honored. To top it off, the shower didn’t drain properly. Disgusting. 🤢 📸 See photo attached—don’t be fooled by the modern exterior. What’s inside is chaos. This place has potential, but until they train their staff, fix their systems, and stop misleading guests, we cannot recommend it.

Zero sleep. Nightclub within the building it sounded like! People running and screaming through the corridors until half 4 in the morning. Tram noise from outside. Room soulless and no soft furnishings to absorb any of the noise. Pointless balcony. Furniture cigarette burnt and generally tired. Bed springs uncomfortable. Welcome at front desk was friendly, but didn’t mention breakfast, didn’t mention suing the gym or opening hours of anything including the advertised rooftop bar. Was more interested in taking a credit card from me to secure against the room which considering the existing damage and quality of furnishings in the room was a joke! Kettle in room but no coffee, just loads of sugar. Bathroom and bedroom both stank of chlorine, this place is not eco friendly or using sustainable cleaning products. Air con wasn’t on in the room upon arrival and since we weren’t shown to our room, it wasn’t clear how to use it. Turns out it’s managed and set by reception which is fine, had it actually been switched on. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
